Your First Visit
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to register.
- All payments are expected at the time of service.
- Alert a staff member of any changes in your information to make sure we have the most updated information in your account.
- Make sure you provide proper identification, required documentation, and insurance cards (if any) at the time of the visit.
- Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.
- “Walk-Ins” Are Welcome!
