About the Role:
Burn Boot Camp in Springfield, NJ is looking for an energetic and passionate Front Desk Sales Associate to be the first face our members see every day! This is your chance to combine your love of fitness with your talent for sales in a motivating, community-driven environment where you'll make a real impact on people's wellness journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and high-energy atmosphere
• Drive membership sales by educating prospective clients on Burn Boot Camp programs and offerings
• Conduct tours of the facility and guide potential members through the sign-up process
• Handle member inquiries, concerns, and account management with professionalism
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and membership retention targets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
• Support daily gym operations and assist coaching staff as needed

Requirements:

• Previous sales, customer service, or fitness industry experience preferred
• Outgoing, positive personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet sales targets
• Comfortable using point-of-sale and membership management software
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment
