Call Center Representative

(Collections & Customer Resolution)

Schedule & Start Date

• Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Stable, full-time hours)
• Next Training Class: Starts October 12, 2026
• Interviews: Being scheduled immediately!

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding outstanding client accounts
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
• Negotiate mutually beneficial payment arrangements and resolve account balances
• Accurately update customer records and histories in our system
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
• Comfort discussing financial matters and account balances professionally
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
• Experience: Previous call center, customer service, or collections experience is a plus, but not required. We train the right people!
