Job Description
SIGN ON BONUS: $2,500.00
We’re hiring experienced CLASS A - OTR flatbed and step-deck drivers who want excellent earning potential, brand-new equipment, and the personal treatment that comes with working for a smaller, family-owned trucking company.
Our average OTR driver earns approximately $3,000 gross per week while dispatched. Drivers are paid 25% and operate 2026 Freightliner Cascadias paired with new 2026 aluminum flatbed and step-deck trailers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of one year of verifiable OTR flatbed experience
• Experience with flatbed or step-deck freight
• Strong knowledge of load securement, chains, binders, straps, and tarping
• Safe and responsible driving record
• Current DOT medical card
• Ability to pass required drug screening
• Dependable, professional, and able to communicate well
• Willingness to stay out approximately four weeks at a time
