Job Description

Director, Brand Marketing

Edible Brands® was launched in 2022 to bring together powerful, purpose-led brands under one unified purpose: to enrich everyday life through celebration, nourishment, and wellness. Today, Edible Brands powers three bold and growing concepts across 700+ locations worldwide.

Our portfolio spans Edible Arrangements®, the iconic gifting brand; Rōti®, a Mediterranean-inspired fast-casual restaurant; edibles.com™, a trusted marketplace for low-dosage THC & CBD wellness products; and BerryDirect®, our robust supply chain infrastructure. Together, these brands are fueled by The Edible Way-a set of employee-driven values that keep us committed, collaborative, adaptable, results-driven, and always ready to celebrate.

The Big Picture

As the Director, Brand Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping and strengthening the Edible brand, translating consumer insights into compelling brand and campaign strategies, and bringing those strategies to life across every customer touchpoint. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic and creative marketer who can see the big picture while driving execution across a complex, cross-functional organization.

You'll champion a consistent and distinctive brand experience across advertising, social media, e-commerce, retail, partnerships, and other consumer touchpoints. Working closely with Insights, Innovation, eCommerce, Store Operations, Media, Lifecycle Marketing and agency partners, you'll identify opportunities to deepen consumer connection, increase engagement, and ultimately drive profitable growth for our franchisees.

This role also offers the opportunity to lead and develop a growing brand marketing team while helping shape the future of one of the most recognizable gifting brands in the market.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday - Friday.

What You'll Own
  • Translate the established brand strategy to develop and execute strategic campaign plans and marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, consideration, consumer engagement, loyalty, and profitable growth.
  • Partner closely with strategic and creative agency partners to develop distinctive 360-degree consumer-centric campaigns, partnerships, and customer experiences leveraging consumer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and brand performance data.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Insights, Innovation, eCommerce, Store Operations, Media, Lifecycle Marketing, and other teams to bring integrated marketing strategies to life.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring strong collaboration, strategic alignment, creative quality, and efficient use of resources.
  • Identify and develop innovative marketing opportunities, including strategic brand partnerships, that expand Edible's reach and strengthen consumer relevance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop two direct reports while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in brand management, retail marketing, consumer marketing, or a related discipline; specialty food retail, food service, or franchise experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, brand strategy, consumer insights, social media, influencer marketing, creative development, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, market insights, and performance results to inform marketing strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
How You Work (Key Attributes)
  • Strategic & Creative: You connect big-picture brand strategy with compelling creative ideas and actionable plans.
  • Influential & Collaborative: You build strong relationships, influence across functions, and bring people together around a shared vision.
  • Consumer-First: You're passionate about understanding what motivates consumers and translating those insights into meaningful brand experiences.
  • Results-Oriented: You balance creativity with commercial thinking and remain focused on measurable business impact.
  • Adaptable & Resourceful: You thrive in a fast-moving environment, navigate ambiguity, and adjust course when priorities or market conditions change.
  • Leader & Coach: You develop talent, inspire high performance, and create an environment where people feel empowered to do their best work.

We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer. Applicants for employment are considered without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
