PURPOSE

The Marketing Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Marketing Team to elevate and grow the Masis brand, marketing strategy, and digital footprint. While overseeing our social media presence, assisting with website management, and producing high-impact multimedia to engage both internal and external audiences, this position requires an influential, creative thinker to initiate digital campaigns, develop premium content and assets, and drive measurable results across all marketing channels.

Contributes to the efficient Masis operations by performing their duties accurately and on time.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement marketing and branding strategies and achieve objectives across all marketing channels.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL AD MANAGEMENT

·        Create and manage compelling media across various social media platforms (may include, but not limited to: FB, IG, X, LI, TikTok), generating relevant and engaging content that is aligned with Masis Staffing’s values and enforces brand identity and presence.

·        Collaborate with the Marketing Team to implement strategies aimed at increasing engagement, page activity and reach, general brand awareness, and broadening client and candidate audience.

·        Measure and report on the performance of all social media efforts, including engagement and conversions.

·        Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across social media and search engine platforms to drive measurable performance, maximize ROI, and optimize results.

·        Generate performance reports with actionable insights, showcasing the effectiveness of paid campaigns and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

·        Monitor and manage Masis social media channels, including reviewing and responding to messages, comments, Google Business, and Indeed reviews in a timely and professional manner; escalate notable feedback to branch leadership, HR, or management as needed.

·        Repost, engage with, and create original social media content across company divisions, coordinate posts for leadership review and approval prior to publishing.

·        Create and post job fair and event promotions; design and deliver supporting materials on tight timelines to support recruiting and community outreach efforts.

·        Forward sales or recruiting leads generated through social media, reviews, or online inquiries to appropriate internal teams.

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the Masis website aligns with branding, marketing campaigns, and overall business objectives.
• Research, develop, and publish relevant blog topics and articles that resonate with target
• Implement advanced SEO strategies to ensure optimal search engine rankings and increased organic traffic in addition to other site maintenance as needed.
• Review website pages and digital content for errors, inconsistencies, SEO improvement opportunities, and brand alignment; recommend or implement corrections as needed.
• Act as editor and quality-control reviewer for blogs and publications created by external agencies, ensuring accuracy, clarity, brand voice, grammar, and compliance prior to publication.
• Review content with a critical eye for potential legal, HR, or reputational concerns and escalate to HR and/or legal teams when required.

ASSET CREATION

• Work with the external design team to develop high-quality digital assets, including flyers, promotional materials, and multimedia content designed to captivate diverse audiences and reinforce Masis Staffing’s industry leadership.
• Create one-of-a-kind internal and client or public-facing marketing materials to support campaigns, company announcements, and In turn, oversee the printing or ordering process as necessary when in-hand collateral is required.
• Design and produce marketing collateral such as flyers, job fair materials, event promotions, and internal/external marketing documents, including both visual design and messaging.
• Manage ordering and production of marketing and promotional materials, coordinating with vendors to maintain accuracy, timelines, and brand standards.
• Manage the company’s promotional store, including vendor coordination, product setup, ordering,

inventory elements, and staff training on platform use.

STRATEGIC CAMPAIGN PLANNING

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team and department heads to lead development and execution of dynamic marketing initiatives aligned with Masis Staffing’s business goals, locally and nationally to support sales, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to Masis websites.
• Develop formal go-to market, marketing strategy for future branch launches and
• Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and prospects in line with sales and recruiting needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach and digital initiatives, providing detailed reports and insights to executive management.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by maintaining PowerPoint decks within approved templates, creating charts and graphs, and developing Excel guides/templates to ensure accurate and consistent
• Conduct research to support business growth, including competitor analysis, market research, ZoomInfo research, wage and compensation reports, and intellectual property research as needed.
• Assist with award submissions and industry recognition by drafting short responses and summaries for external publications.

• When needed, assist with RFPs by reviewing content for accuracy and consistency and collaborating with sales teams to refine proposal content.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

Performs additional duties as requested.

• Document, track, and manage marketing projects within internal and external project-management systems to support visibility and alignment across teams.
• Draft and distribute clear communications to leadership and internal teams outlining active campaigns, initiatives, and marketing activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for marketing-related questions, troubleshooting tools, processes, and requests, act as primary marketing contact in the absence of the Head of Marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in digital marketing, or related
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs or marketing-related
• Expertise in creating high-quality digital assets and multimedia
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing platforms, design tools, content strategy, SEO-drive websites, and project management and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in digital advertising, campaign optimization, and performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
