This entry-level sales role supports team objectives and helps uphold store standards while learning product knowledge and styling. The Brand Ambassador role serves as a foundation for future leadership opportunities within retail. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with styling and product information. Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and KPIs, including SPH and data capture. Support fitting room operations, sizing assistance, and maintain store standards. Complete opening and closing tasks and maintain visual merchandising standards. Assist with operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment, and back-of-house duties. Participate in required company trainings and provide product and customer feedback to management. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume environment. Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members. Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for multiple hours and operate a register. Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing moderate physical tasks.
